Andy is a seasoned Service Designer with over 12 years of experience in user-centred design, digital transformation, and service strategy across the government, not-for-profit, and corporate sectors.
He has led multidisciplinary teams, crafted end-to-end service blueprints, and facilitated user research to deliver meaningful service improvements that make a real impact.
Andy is highly skilled in agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and the GDS (Government Digital Service) process, ensuring that every service he works on is accessible, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
His client portfolio includes major organisations such as the Home Office, Ministry of Defence (MOD), Care Quality Commission (CQC), Nationwide, and the UK Space Agency, where he’s delivered high-quality, user-focused solutions.

Dan is a skilled and creative writer with over 25 years of experience, known for his ability to bring clarity, conviction, and truth to any project that requires the written word.

Oliver is a designer raised on the principles of Swiss print design, with a passion for people-centred digital experiences.
With over 20 years of industry experience, including 6 years as a Creative Director and 5 years leading UX/UI projects from research to delivery, Oliver is a hands-on design consultant with a deep commitment to user-centred design.
He’s increasingly convinced that the old adage — “the customer knows best” — is a solid foundation for most design decisions. By actively consulting the end user and understanding their needs, he helps ground design and business strategies in evidence, ensuring that solutions are not only functional but meaningful.
Through iterative design cycles—analysis, design, testing, and refinement—Oliver delivers outcomes that are backed by empirical evidence, consistently producing results that benefit both users and clients.

Kit has collaborated with a wide range of charities, government departments, not-for-profits, and businesses — including:
British Red Cross, WWF, The Brooke, Sue Ryder, United Nations, UEFA, Ofcom, War Child, and many others.
Most recently, he developed a digital strategy for the Campaign Against Living Miserably and is currently working with the British Ecological Society on a user-centred digital roadmap.
With a career in digital and strategy dating back to the mid-2000s, Kit was part of a pioneering 8-person team that was voted the UK’s Best Digital Agency in 2008.
He also helped launch the Together We’re Better (TWB) community for charity digital teams, and contributed to the development of User Centred Transformation (UCT) — a trademarked change methodology designed to place people at the heart of all key organisational decisions.
